Standard Delivery If this item is available to ship to your country will be delivered by one of our international carrier partners, e.g. Australia Post, DHL, Toll Express or other carrier within your country once it has been cleared from customs.
Delivery process We source the fastest delivery as possible (depending of product of origin and country destination) and as cost effective as possible to deliver your product direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location. (sorry, our delivery drivers cannot go up stairs or go past the front door).
Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS tracking number as soon as we ship it so you can track your package.
Delivery costs We select the carrier with the best price option available at the time you place your order, saving you time and money!
To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. Final shipping costs are shown “in cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.
Our best price shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the size, weight and number of items in your order, where your items are shipping from (we ship from a network of warehouses all over the world) and where your items are shipping to.
First-time delivery Did you know that our customers who authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place, known as an “Authority to Leave” (ATL), receive their goods faster and have higher levels of customer satisfaction?
If you can’t be home to receive your delivery, we encourage you to authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place out of the weather. You can provide this instruction during checkout. This will allow you to receive your goods first-time and avoid the hassle of missed deliveries and re-deliveries.
If you prefer not to allow us to leave your delivery in a safe place, we will require authorisation on delivery. Under social distancing for contactless deliveries, our drivers will ask for your name and sign on your behalf.
Multiple shipments If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.
Feedback Standard Delivery is normally undertaken by one delivery driver. Our drivers are busy people delivering lots of parcels to lots of customers each day. If you’re around to receive your delivery, and the driver does a good job for you, let them know with a kind word, they really appreciate it. If we need to improve, let us know that too by contacting us. We welcome and appreciate every piece of feedback as it helps us improve our service.

Damages
If an item has been damaged in transit, please take photos or video clearly showing the damage and contact us as soon as possible.

Pre-order Items are items that are not currently in stock, but that we expect to receive and despatch in within the stated timeframe. When pre-ordering one of these items, you're ensuring that you are among the first to receive the product when it becomes available.
Packaging
Where possible we prefer to deliver items using the supplier or manufacturer's original packaging to reduce waste caused by re-packaging.
