Delivery process
Standard Delivery is a fast and cost effective shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location (sorry, our delivery drivers cannot go up stairs or go past the front door).

Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We do our best to keep you informed along the way as to when your delivery will arrive. We send emails and SMS alerts to let you know when your order is in transit and on the day of delivery to you. Unfortunately we’re unable to provide a choice of delivery day or time for these types of deliveries.

We select the carrier with the best price option available at the time you place your order, saving you time and money!

To see the cost of shipping, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your postcode and a shipping cost estimate will be displayed. Final shipping costs are shown “in cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.

Our best price shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors including the size, weight and number of items in your order, where your items are shipping from (we ship from a network of warehouses all over Australia) and where your items are shipping to.

First-time delivery
Did you know that our customers who authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place, known as an “Authority to Leave” (ATL), receive their goods faster and have higher levels of customer satisfaction?

If you can’t be home to receive your delivery, we encourage you to authorise couriers to leave parcels in a safe place out of the weather. You can provide this instruction during checkout. This will allow you to receive your goods first-time and avoid the hassle of missed deliveries and re-deliveries.

If you prefer not to allow us to leave your delivery in a safe place, we will require authorisation on delivery. Under social distancing for contactless deliveries, our drivers will ask for your name and sign on your behalf.

Multiple shipments
If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your items separately, at no additional cost to you, to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Feedback
Standard Delivery is normally undertaken by one delivery driver. Our drivers are busy people delivering lots of parcels to lots of customers each day. If you’re around to receive your delivery, and the driver does a good job for you, let them know with a kind word, they really appreciate it. Excellent quality! The seams are even, without sticking threads. Lightning workers-open and close without problems. Metal parts were protected by film. Sections of the skin are painted in the tone of the wallet itself. I did not communicate with the seller. It was packed very well (inside the cardboard and outside the pupyrka). Thank you seller!
